Andhra Pradesh Clears ₹313.87 Billion Green AI Data Centre Project in Visakhapatnam

The Andhra Pradesh government has approved AM AI Factory Private Limited’s proposal to establish a 512-MW green integrated AI data centre in Visakhapatnam with an investment of over Rs 313.87 billion. The facility, planned for Amanam village in Bheemunipatnam mandal, is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs. The project will receive support for power infrastructure and water supply, along with exemptions from stamp duty and electricity duty. 

The Andhra Pradesh government has approved AM AI Factory Private Limited’s proposal to develop a 512-MW green integrated artificial intelligence (AI) data centre in Visakhapatnam district, with an investment exceeding Rs 313.87 billion.

The facility will be established in Amanam village in Bheemunipatnam mandal and is expected to create employment opportunities for up to 1,000 people.

The project will receive non-fiscal support, including assistance with power infrastructure and water supply, while fiscal benefits will include exemptions from stamp duty and electricity duty.
