Jio launches ₹2,000 home plan offering five months of validity with bundled TV benefits

Summary:
Reliance Jio has introduced a ₹2,000 TV-only Home plan offering five months of validity at an effective cost of ₹400 per month. The plan includes access to 1,000+ live TV channels, over 200 HD channels, and content in 15+ regional languages, providing an affordable alternative to traditional DTH services. Jio also offers a ₹1,000 two-month option, along with a ₹200 installation fee and ₹200 value-back in coupons, making it the company’s only standalone TV-only Home plan.

Reliance Jio, the country’s largest telecom operator, has recently expanded its Home services portfolio with a new range of plans designed to bundle multiple services into a single subscription. Alongside these bundled offerings, the company has also introduced standalone plans for customers with specific needs. One such option is the ₹2,000 TV-only plan, aimed at households looking exclusively for television services. Positioned as an affordable alternative to traditional Direct-to-Home (DTH) connections, the plan will be available to customers across India. Here’s a closer look at what it offers.

Reliance Jio ₹2,000 TV Plan for Home Users

The ₹2,000 Jio Home plan is a TV-only subscription that comes with five months of validity, reducing the effective monthly cost to ₹400. Subscribers receive access to more than 1,000 live TV channels, including over 200 HD channels, along with content in 15+ regional languages.

Customers who prefer a lower upfront payment can also opt for the ₹1,000 variant, which offers two months of validity. This brings the effective monthly cost to ₹500. Jio has also specified a one-time installation fee of ₹200. In addition, customers purchasing the plan are eligible for a ₹200 value-back benefit, provided as four coupons worth ₹50 each.

While Jio offers several Home service plans across different categories, this remains the company’s only standalone TV-only option for customers seeking television services without broadband or bundled offerings.
