The Airtel ₹1599 broadband plan offers a complete, all-in-one package

Summary:
Bharti Airtel offers a ₹1599 broadband plan with 300 Mbps speeds, high data limits, and a wide bundle of OTT subscriptions and live TV channels, available for both AirFiber and Fiber users. While it provides extensive benefits, including over 22 streaming services and additional perks, fiber is the better option due to higher data allowance and reliability. Despite being one of Airtel’s premium plans, its high speed and bundled features may be more than what most users require, making it less cost-effective for typical usage.

Bharti Airtel offers a ₹1599 broadband plan for its customers, which is available across all telecom circles. This plan delivers very high download speeds and comes bundled with a wide range of OTT (over-the-top) benefits. In addition to streaming services, users also get access to numerous live TV channels. The plan is offered to both AirFiber and Fiber users. However, if both options are available in your area, it is advisable to choose fiber, as it provides more data and a more stable internet connection.

Bharti Airtel ₹1599 Broadband Plan Details and Benefits

The ₹1599 broadband plan from Bharti Airtel provides download speeds of up to 300 Mbps along with unlimited data. However, this “unlimited” usage is subject to a high-speed data cap—3.3TB for fiber users and 1TB for AirFiber users—making fiber the better choice in terms of data allowance as well. The plan also includes access to more than 22 OTT services.

These OTT benefits feature platforms such as Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5, and others through Airtel Xstream Play Premium. This service brings multiple subscriptions together under a single login for convenience. Additionally, users receive extra perks like a one-year subscription to Adobe Express Premium, valued at ₹4,000, along with a Google One membership.

The plan also includes access to over 350 live TV channels. It is important to note that the final cost of the plan will be higher after adding 18% GST. While this is among Airtel’s top broadband offerings, it may be more than what most users actually need. The high speed may be excessive for typical usage, and despite the bundled OTT benefits, it may not necessarily provide the best value for many consumers.
